Trump Warns Against Tylenol Use In Pregnancy, Urges Overhaul Of Vaccine Schedule.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has renewed his warning to expectant mothers and parents, advising them to avoid Tylenol unless absolutely necessary and calling for sweeping changes to how vaccines are administered to children.

In a post on Truth Social on Friday, Trump repeated concerns he first raised earlier in the week during a White House event on autism, where he appeared alongside Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He suggested that acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, could be linked to neurological risks when taken during pregnancy.

“Don’t take Tylenol if you’re pregnant,” Trump said, adding that while it might cause discomfort, he believed avoiding the drug carried no real downside. He also urged parents not to give Tylenol to young children “for virtually any reason.”

Beyond painkillers, Trump also pushed for significant revisions to childhood vaccination routines. He recommended that the MMR vaccine which protects against measles, mumps, and rubella be split into three separate doses instead of being delivered as a single combined shot.

He further suggested that the chickenpox vaccine be given independently, the hepatitis B vaccine be delayed until adolescence, and that all childhood vaccines be spread across multiple medical visits rather than grouped together.
