VDM Drops More Leaked Chats, Accuses Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh of Deceit, Denies Defending Naira Marley
Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has released fresh revelations in his continued campaign for justice over the controversial death of Nigerian singer Mohbad.
In a new video, VDM took aim at Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh, accusing them of running a deceptive WhatsApp group allegedly created to seek justice for Mohbad. According to him, the real motive behind the group is far from genuine activism.
VDM shared screenshots from the chat, alleging that the group was working to shield Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi, from police investigation.
He pointed out a specific message where Iyabo Ojo allegedly drafted a suggested caption for members to post on social media, falsely claiming Wunmi had been questioned by police three times. VDM insisted that no such interrogation had occurred.
He didn’t stop there. The activist accused the group of manipulating public sentiment and using Mohbad’s death to solicit funds while allegedly eyeing the late singer’s properties. He warned followers not to be misled by their online campaign.
Amid backlash that he was siding with Naira Marley, VDM made it clear he was not defending the embattled artist.
He emphasized that thoroughly investigating Marley’s involvement was necessary but should not become a distraction from other possible angles in the case.
VDM also leaked a message reportedly from Tonto Dikeh, where she encouraged leveraging international awareness to gain momentum for the cause. The group allegedly agreed to amplify her message on their respective platforms.
Meanwhile, music producer Samklef has weighed in, claiming VDM gained access to the chats through questionable means, adding another layer to the unfolding drama.
