Victor Osimhen Sets July 10 for Transfer Reveal Amid Napoli Exit

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is set to announce his next career move on July 10, following the conclusion of his loan spell with Turkish champions Galatasaray.

The Nigerian forward has returned to Napoli but will not remain at the Serie A club, having already agreed to a permanent departure last summer.

Galatasaray has made a lucrative offer of €26 million per year in hopes of signing him permanently, but Osimhen is reportedly considering other options and has kept the Turkish club waiting.

He had earlier rejected a more lucrative €45 million annual deal from Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal.

Despite being due for pre-season medicals at Napoli on July 14, reports suggest that Osimhen will skip the session, choosing instead to publicly announce his decision four days prior.

His imminent departure marks the end of a chapter with Napoli, where he scored 76 goals in 133 appearances, won the Serie A Golden Boot, and was named African Footballer of the Year.
