Woman Praises Husband’s Girlfriends for Kindness and Family Support

A Nigerian woman based in Canada, Arike Ariyo, has stirred online debate after expressing gratitude to her husband’s girlfriends for their generosity and support toward her family.

In a video shared on TikTok, Arike reminisced about life in Nigeria, highlighting everyday comforts she misses, such as her driver and pepper vendor.

However, she notably praised the women romantically involved with her husband, describing them as kind-hearted and helpful.

According to her, the women have consistently supported her during difficult times, especially when she struggled to clothe her children. She claimed they sent high-quality imported clothes, easing her financial burden.

Arike also recalled their active involvement in her mother-in-law’s burial, noting that the girlfriends contributed generously and were emotionally present for the family. She explained that even while living abroad, she takes comfort in knowing her husband is well cared for by these women.

“May God not put asunder between my husband and his girlfriends,” Arike said in the video. “Imagine I had been selfish. Don’t be stingy. Leave your husband, let him enjoy himself you will be the one to enjoy the most.”
