“You Failed Regina” — Lawyer Calls Out Ned Nwoko Over Viral Family Videos
A Nigerian lawyer has sparked widespread discussion online after publicly criticizing Senator Ned Nwoko for posting videos involving his wife, Regina Daniels, and members of her family.
In the now-viral clips shared by the senator, Regina’s brother, Sammy West, was seen in a heated confrontation within Nwoko’s residence. The senator claimed in his caption that he had sponsored Sammy’s higher education but expressed disappointment over his alleged conduct.
The videos emerged amid ongoing controversy between Nwoko and Regina Daniels, following the actress’s reported allegations of domestic abuse and Nwoko’s counterclaims that she struggles with drug use.
Reacting to the situation, a female lawyer identified on Facebook as “Law In Pidgin” shared a lengthy post in which she posed nine critical questions to the senator. She questioned his judgment and responsibility, accusing him of failing in his duties as both husband and father.
Among her concerns were why a sitting senator would allow alleged drug-related activities to persist in his home without reporting them to the authorities, and how those involved gained access to his compound despite his claims of misconduct.
In part, she wrote:
“Dear Pa Ned, if you no follow support am make she dey high, then you fail Regina as husband and father. You no fit stop people wey dey bring market come give your wife for house? Make it make sense.”
Her remarks have since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media. While some praised her for boldly confronting the senator, others advised the couple to resolve their differences privately for the sake of their family.
As of press time, neither Ned Nwoko nor Regina Daniels has issued an official statement responding to the lawyer’s comments.
