The chairman-elect of Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State, Hon. Greg Chijioke Anyaegbudike, has been hailed as one who will provide a louder voice for the good people of Oji River Local Government Area. The Igwe-elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr., made this known on Wednesday in a congratulatory press statement which he personally signed and sent to newsmen in Enugu.
He stated that Anyaegbudike’s victory is not just a personal achievement but a well-deserved recognition of his longstanding commitment to improving governance and amplifying the voices of the people. Chief Ogbonna highlighted the chairman-elect’s extensive work with the World Bank through the Partnership for Amplified Voices (PAV), where he has made significant contributions to governance reforms in Nigeria, prioritizing citizen engagement and accountability.
