APC Stakeholders in Borno State Endorse Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda

The Borno State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has passed a vote of confidence on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, pledging their loyalty ahead of the 2027 general elections.

This development is part of a larger trend within the APC, as various chapters and stakeholders have expressed support for President Tinubu’s administration.

The APC National Executive Committee (NEC) recently passed a similar vote of confidence on President Tinubu, recognizing his bold economic reforms that are beginning to bear positive fruits.

The NEC meeting, attended by prominent party members, including governors and senators, also endorsed the party’s national chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.

Some APC members have even urged President Tinubu to contest for a second term in 2027, with the party’s South-South zone passing a vote of confidence on the president and urging him to seek re-election.In a related development, the APC NEC has been working to strengthen the party’s machinery and internal democracy.

The party’s national chairman highlighted the need for a new national secretariat to accommodate its national officers and solicited President Tinubu’s intervention to ensure the project’s realization.
