APC Youth Wing Rejects Kwankwaso’s Return, Labels Him Politically Irrelevant.

The All Progressives Congress Youth and Students Council (KASASCO) has firmly rejected Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso’s potential return to the party, describing him as politically irrelevant and a potential disruptor of the party’s unity and strength.

KASASCO asserted that the APC in Kano has regained strength under the current leadership, boasting two senators, multiple House of Representatives members, and a solid representation in the Kano State House of Assembly.

The group noted that Kwankwaso’s New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) is experiencing defections, with several prominent figures joining the APC due to mistreatment and marginalization.

KASASCO praised the APC’s internal reconciliation efforts and predicted that Kano will deliver over two million votes to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.

The group described Kwankwaso’s attempts to rejoin the APC as a desperate bid for political refuge, stating that the party is not a refuge organization and does not need figures that could threaten its unity and progress.
