“Being a stripper saved me” – BBNaija’s Chichi reveals

Former contestant of the popular Nigerian reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, Chichi, has revealed that her career as a stripper played a significant role in turning her life around.

In a candid conversation with renowned media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Chichi shared that if it weren’t for her job as a stripper, she firmly believes her life would have taken a different, less fulfilling path.

During her time on the reality show, Chichi expressed her intention to debunk the misconception that all strippers are involved in prostitution. She aimed to challenge the harmful stereotypes often associated with the profession.

By being on Big Brother Naija, Chichi hoped to showcase to the Nigerian population that individuals working as strippers are not necessarily engaged in illicit activities.

Chichi said stripping is just “a way of making quick money”, stressing that it is a profession.“I can never be ashamed of stripping. If you know what stripping did for me. I can never be ashamed of it. It did a lot for me,” she said.
