Bobrisky Denies Bribing EFCC Officials with N15 Million

Controversial crossdresser Bobrisky has dismissed allegations of bribing Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials with N15 million.

A leaked voice recording allegedly featured Bobrisky claiming he bribed EFCC officials to drop a money laundering charge and served his six-month prison term in a lodge instead of jail.

However, Bobrisky denied the claims on Instagram:

“My attention has been drawn to a fake voice recording circulating online. I didn’t pay EFCC any money; it’s a big lie. I served my term in full and came out. Discard any false information.”

Bobrisky was convicted of naira mutilation in April 2024 and sentenced to six months imprisonment.
