Deputy Governor Adelami responds to Aiyedatiwa’s win in Owo.

Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Olayide Adelami, expressed satisfaction with the overwhelming turnout of members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Owo who participated in the primary election to support Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

Adelami’s spokesperson, John Paul Akinduro, conveyed this sentiment in a statement released on Saturday.

After actively participating in the voting process at his Igboroko 2 Ward 3 in Owo, the deputy governor expressed his appreciation when addressing reporters and emphasized his gratitude for the strong showing of support from the party members during the primary election.

“When I came here this morning, I did not see anyone behind other aspirants. Although I expected nothing less because our people in Owo have, for a long time, demonstrated their commitment to the Aiyedatiwa project.

“You can see the crowd of people behind Aiyedatiwa’s stand. It shows Owo people are one hundred per cent behind him and this is the same positive news across the state”.
