Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu Predicts 70-80% Votes for Tinubu in Igboland.

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has expressed confidence that President Bola Tinubu will receive a significant majority of votes from the South-East region in the 2027 presidential election.

Speaking in Ntalakwu, Abia State, Kalu assured that the Igbo people will reward Tinubu’s efforts to develop the region with 70-80% of their votes.

Kalu highlighted Tinubu’s commitment to fulfilling promises made to the Igbo people after the civil war, particularly through the establishment of the South East Development Commission (SEDC).

He praised Tinubu for signing the SEDC bill into law and funding it despite opposition.The lawmaker emphasized that Tinubu’s actions demonstrate his love for the Igbo people, and they will reciprocate with their votes.
