Carl Dean, the husband of renowned country music singer Dolly Parton, has passed away at the age of 82.

The couple had been married for nearly six decades, with Parton describing their relationship as a deep and enduring love.

Parton took to social media to share the news, expressing her gratitude for the time they spent together.

“Carl and I spent many wonderful years together. Words can’t do justice to the love we shared for over 60 years,” she wrote.
