“Drop hit song, stop chasing clout”– Doyin, Tacha slams Wizkid

Former Big Brother Naija contestants, Doyin and Tacha, have criticized Wizkid for seeking attention and showing disrespect towards Don Jazzy on social media.

Reports emerged that Wizkid had engaged in banter on Monday by throwing subtle jabs at Davido and Don Jazzy on XXX.

In response, Doyin suggested that the Starboy leader was trying to gain popularity and advised him to concentrate on releasing music instead.

She specifically took issue with Wizkid for what she perceived as his disrespectful attitude towards Don Jazzy.

Doyin wrote:

“Don Jazzy is still the JayZ of the Nigerian music industry. If you try to disrespect him, it just shows your head is not correct. No be to dey chase clout, drop hit!”.

Tacha said:

“No Don Jazzy slander will be tolerated. Don Jazzy’s impact on the entertainment industry can never be overemphasized.

“If you have to take off Don Jazzy’s inputs on the industry, that would be you taking half of Afrobeats away. Because who would you be listening to? Don Jazzy has grown a lot of global superstars.

“This is somebody that doesn’t restrict himself to the music industry alone. Don Jazzy is there for everybody regardless of their status.”
