Esut Student Leader, Donates Wall Signage to his department

The Student union Government, Senator representing Departments of food science and technology,Enugu state university of science and technology (ESUT) Sen.Moses Bright ThankGod,has donated wall Signage to his department .

The Student leader,while speaking with newsmen, on Friday, explains how passionate he is about leadership, students development and contributing positively to his accademics community.

He positioned that over the time “I have been actively involved in any things that promote the department visibility,and progress withing the institution and beyond”
leadership is not by holding position but by creating impact and responsibilities that follows the office.

Sen.Moses,reveals that the ideal conception of project and visibility of his department.
“I noticed that my department lacks a clear and noticeable signage which is something that showcase where the department is situated.

He stressed that as a senator, supporting the department that voted me in,is my responsibility. Contributing something tangible that both current and future ones can benefit from.
The signage is just more than just a structure, it is symbol of identity and progress he emphasized.

He stressed that his major challenge is financial constraints, there is no office allocation to suport project or initiatives,this means senators must rely on they personal resources,support from few individual and strategic planing to get things done.
Students always expect result with out funding,it required extra effort and productivity to deliver despite all this challenges. It pushed me to be come more resourceful ,resilient and committed .

He further stated that leadership is not dependent on resources alone ,but determination, visions regardless of all limitations.
He urges the upcoming student leaders in the department and university at large, to continue striving for growth and excellence,we all have a role to play in developing our department and it start from every individual taking responsibility no matter how small it is.

Leadership is not about the title but about impact, don’t wait for perfect condition or resources before you act,start with what you have,be consistent and always put the intrest of student you represent first.
Aim legacy that people can value even after your tenure, he said.
