During a heated exchange on X platform on Monday night, Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun, also known as Wizkid, confidently claimed that even if he were to retire from the music industry now, his colleague Davido would still not be able to reach his level of success.

In his remarks, Wizkid referred to Davido as his “boy,” insinuating that the DMW boss is merely an influencer with a talent for songwriting. This assertion came amidst a tense exchange between the two artists.

He wrote:
