Hon. Dr. Ibenaku Onoh swore in Dr. Chukwuemeka Aroh as the Secretary of Enugu North LGA.

During the swearing in, Dr Onoh stated that this is the first major appointment of the administration and a significant step toward advancing the policies, programs, and projects aimed at benefiting the people of Enugu North LGA.
