Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 7, has expressed concerns of receiving death threats after having a social media argument with Nigerian singer Davido.
The disagreement ensued after Davido liked a tweet criticizing the reality TV star. Phyna then questioned why she deserved the hate.
In response, Davido claimed he did not know who she was and that his reaction was an innocent mistake.
This exchange caused a division between their respective fans, with Davido’s supporters commending him for putting Phyna in her place and Phyna’s fans chastising him for denying her victory in the popular reality show.
The following day, Phyna revealed that she has been receiving numerous threats to her life due to the social media feud.
On her handle, she wrote, “I keep getting death threats oh. I’m not an artiste, make una nor kill me oh.
“Everybody na 001 for e lane oh. God nor be man.”
