Rising star Oxlade is set to pay homage to African heritage with the release of his highly-anticipated debut album, Oxlade From Africa. The album, which dropped on September 20, 2024, features 16 tracks that blend various genres, including Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro-swing, and R&B, showcasing Oxlade’s commitment to representing not just his hometown of Surulere, Lagos, but the entire African continent.
In a statement regarding the album, Oxlade emphasized his desire to honor Africa’s elegance and beauty through music and imagery.

The project includes collaborations with notable artists such as Bobi Wine, Dave, Fally Ipupa, Flavour, and Wande Coal, creating a rich tapestry of sounds that reflect diverse cultural influences.
