Popular Nollywood actor, Charles Granville is dead

Renowned figure in Nollywood, Charles Granville, who was not only an actor but also a singer-songwriter and filmmaker, has passed away.In a recent statement released by the family, it was revealed that the talented actor succumbed to a long-standing illness on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

The statement, signed by a family member named Iyenemri Somiari Granville, also mentioned that information regarding his funeral arrangements will be communicated at a later time.

The late actor contributed to various notable films throughout his career, including ‘Last Flight To Abuja’, ‘Impossible Relationships’, ‘Dowry Man’, and he had a forthcoming movie ‘Locked’ that was eagerly anticipated.
