Regina Daniels’ Family Cries Out as Sammy Is Denied Bail and Remanded in Prison

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels’ brother, Sammy, has been charged to court and remanded in prison until November 28, following a legal case allegedly linked to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.

In a recent post, Sweezzy1, another of Regina’s brothers, shared a video showing the poor condition Sammy has been subjected to while in police custody.

The video sparked outrage online as he pleaded for public support, claiming his brother’s health and safety were at risk.

According to Sweezzy1, Sammy was denied bail during his court appearance. He expressed disappointment and urged concerned Nigerians to speak up, insisting that his brother was being unfairly treated.

This development follows earlier accusations from Sweezzy1, who claimed Ned Nwoko was behind Sammy’s ordeal, despite the businessman’s denial of ever filing a petition against the singer.

Adding to the family’s distress, Rita Daniels, the mother of Regina and the detained singer, shared a photo of Sammy in detention.

The image, which quickly went viral, showed Sammy sitting in a dirty room with visible bruises on his arms and body.
