According to Igosave, unlike stand-up comedians, most skit makers in the entertainment industry lack longevity. He believes stand-up comedians have a better chance of sustaining their careers and remaining relevant over time compared to skit makers.

Igosave shared his viewpoint during his appearance as a guest on the latest episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, which is co-hosted by actor Nedu.

When asked if he agrees that skit making is now overshadowing stand-up comedy, Igosave expressed his viewpoint by saying, “Skit making, once they start am e dey erupt like volcano. “We get plenty skit makers wey don come, wey we no dey hear off again wey no last three minutes.”
