Veteran Actor RMD Sparks Conversation with Polygamy Comments: ‘It’s Unfair to Marry Only One Wife’

In a recent episode of Curiosity Made Me Ask, veteran Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) shared his thoughts on polygamy, sparking a lively debate.

When asked by host Bae U Barbie if he thought it was fair to be married to only one woman, considering the number of women who might be interested in him, RMD responded that he believed it was unfair to limit oneself to just one partner.

He drew from his personal experience, mentioning that his father had five wives. RMD has been married to television personality Jumobi Adegbesan since after the loss of his first wife, talk show host May Ellen ‘MEE’ Mofe-Damijo, in 1996.
