Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo has made a shocking announcement regarding a guest who appeared on her podcast.
The guest, identified only as Nike, had sparked outrage on social media after a clip went viral in which she shared a controversial personal revelation.
Unfortunately, Adebayo revealed in an Instagram video on Saturday that Nike has since taken her own life, seemingly as a result of the intense online backlash.
“For the first time in my life, I feel like a failure. Nike died. Nike committed suicide. The lady that I just interviewed; the lady that said she was sleeping with dogs,” she said amid tears.
“People read her story, some people abused me; they said we fabricated the story. I gave her a listening ear but she didn’t tell me that she was going to die. She committed suicide.”
