Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State has again snubbed Awgu Local Government Area in his latest appointment according to the list sent to the State House of Assembly and gathered by newsmen.
It was gathered that out of all the appointments made so far by the current administration, that only one has come from Awgu; which is a member of Joint Accounts Allocation Committee (JAAC).
The list of his commissioner’s nominees has 15 names on it; with an Udi Born Ada Chukwu, seen by some people as the nominee from Awgu Local Government Area.
It was gathered that such notions isn’t going well with some stakeholders from the Local Government Area as they feel the current State Government hasn’t been fair to Awgu, who gave their all to ensure his electoral victory.
