Abia State High Court has halted the enforcement of Senator Adolphus Wabara’s suspension as Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Board of Trustees.
The court ruled in favor of Wabara, restraining Abraham Amah from enforcing the suspension or affecting Wabara’s position as BoT Chairman until further notice.
The suspension was announced by Amah, who accused Wabara of anti-party activities, including praising Governor Alex Otti’s performance.
However, Wabara sought a court order to stop Amah from enforcing the suspension, and the court granted his request.
