American rapper Diddy’s jail cell was allegedly searched by federal agents, who seized privileged materials and writing notes intended for his legal team.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, accused prosecutors of violating Diddy’s Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights.
A hearing is set for Tuesday after Judge Arun Subramanian ordered prosecutors to respond to Diddy’s lawyers by Monday.
