El-Rufai readies for legal battles against Tinubu in two court cases.

Former governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, is reportedly gearing up to engage in legal battles with President Bola Tinubu in two separate courts.

El-Rufai hopes to clear his name of allegations that he poses a security risk, both in the judicial system and in the court of public opinion.

This anticipated clash follows what has been described by El-Rufai’s supporters and critics as his public humiliation by the Tinubu administration, which labeled him as unfit for a ministerial position due to security concerns.

El-Rufai’s recent political activities have garnered significant attention, as he has met with members of the Social Democratic Party and visited suspended senator Abdul Ningi, further aligning himself with the political opposition.

Despite his past contributions to Tinubu’s presidency, El-Rufai has reportedly vowed not to serve in the new government.
