A year after publicly announcing their separation, well-known Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele, and her former husband, JJC Skillz, have reunited at a film premiere in Lagos State.
It was reported that the couple tied the knot in London in 2016 and welcomed twins in 2018.
In June 2022, JJC Skillz shared the news of their separation on his Instagram page, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Despite the immense attention their separation garnered on social media, the specific details surrounding their separation were kept private. However, a currently trending video on the internet shows the couple dancing and embracing at the premiere of Funke Akindele’s latest movie, ‘She Must Be Obeyed,’ which JJC Skillz also directed.
The movie premiere was attended by well-known figures in the entertainment industry, including Femi Adebayo, Lateef Adedimeji, Jaiye Kuti, Iyabo Ojo, and Toyin Abraham, among other notable celebrities.
