“Hon Ken Obiora Commends Governor Mbah’s First Year of Remarkable Achievements”

Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State has been commended for his outstanding performances within the last year.

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State, Hon Ken Obiora , made this commendation on Tuesday in a press statement sent to newsmen.

Hon Obiora highlighted several key achievements of Governor Mbah’s administration, noting significant progress across various sectors. He praised the governor for spearheading the construction of 269 smart schools and 260 type 2 hospitals across 260 political wards, greatly improving the state’s education and healthcare infrastructure. The ongoing construction of New Enugu City was described as a visionary project aimed at modernizing the state.

In the agricultural sector, Hon Obiora applauded Governor Mbah’s interventions, including dry season farming, provision of solar water pumping machines, and distribution of seedlings and fertilizers to over 1,200 farmers in Adani. He noted the governor’s commitment to adding 300,000 hectares to the state’s agricultural space and establishing Special Agro-Processing Zones (SAPZ) in the three senatorial districts.

Hon Obiora also commended the construction of more than 71 modern and rural roads, the enrollment of 200,000 residents in universal health insurance, judicial reforms resulting in three new laws, and the establishment of new water galleries. He praised the revitalization of Hotel Presidential and the successful hosting of an international conference.

Hon Obiora expressed pride in Governor Mbah’s transformative leadership, calling for continued support and looking forward to even greater progress in the future.
