Cynthia Obi-Uchendu, the wife of renowned TV host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has shared her desire to expand their family with a specific wish in mind.
After welcoming two beautiful daughters, Jeweluchi and Irubinachi, since their 2016 marriage, Cynthia expressed her longing for a son in a recent interview on the Mum’s Next Door podcast.
When asked about her plans for another child, she enthusiastically confirmed her desire for one more addition, stating, “I’m praying for a boy this time.”
Interestingly, when questioned if her husband Ebuka shares the same sentiment, Cynthia playfully clarified that the decision to have another child rests solely with her, saying, “It’s my decision, not Ebuka’s.”
“My husband actually wanted just one child because he wants to be able to give the child the best.
“He said school fees, everything is so expensive so one is fine. But now, he is obsessed with our children and I’m sure if we have the third he will equally be obsessed.”
