Kenneth Kaigama Dumps SDP for PDP, Describes Opposition Parties in Taraba as “Docile”

Published on

Kenneth Kaigama, a former chieftain of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Taraba State.

Kaigama expressed disappointment with the opposition parties in the state, labeling them as “docile” for failing to challenge the ruling PDP.

Kaigama criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) for its inability to provide meaningful opposition, citing its silence and leadership crises since its loss in the last election. He emphasized the importance of constructive opposition in fostering good governance.

Kaigama’s decision to join the PDP is driven by his desire to support a party that prioritizes development.

He plans to contribute to the growth of Taraba State and has already donated an office to the PDP youth vanguard in his ward.
