Nigerian gospel artiste Mercy Chinwo has released a statement via her lawyers, alleging that her former label boss, Eezee Concept, vowed to destroy her career after she declined to extend her contract.
Chinwo claims she was subjected to verbal and emotional abuse, and that Eezee Concept misled event organizers about her availability.
She is demanding the release of the original contract she signed in 2017, which she alleges was altered by Eezee Concept.
