Nasarawa Governor Abdullahi Sule Dismisses Rumors of Buhari and Malami Leaving APC.

Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has denied speculations that former President Muhammadu Buhari and former Attorney General Abubakar Malami may leave the All Progressives Congress (APC) before the 2027 general election.

Sule made this statement in Lafia, emphasizing that Buhari’s influence within the party is significant, and any attempts to divide the party’s ranks will fail.

Sule highlighted Buhari’s leadership of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) bloc within the APC, stating that when Buhari says CPC is with someone, it is indeed with them.

He also noted that Buhari has a significant following of 12 million voters who will remain loyal to the APC.The governor revealed that he recently visited Buhari in Kaduna, where they discussed the party’s unity and Buhari’s commitment to the APC.

Sule assured that Buhari and Malami are not going anywhere, and the party’s members will remain united.

Sule’s statement aims to reassure APC members and the public that the party remains strong and united, despite rumors and speculations about potential defections.
