Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has criticized President Bola Tinubu’s government, stating that Nigeria is currently in a full-blown state of emergency.
Atiku made this assertion while reacting to President Tinubu’s trip to France, which he described as a “vacation cloaked in official jargon”.
Atiku questioned the justification for President Tinubu’s trip abroad while the country grapples with insecurity, poverty, and despair.
He noted that Plateau state has witnessed over 100 lives lost in relentless attacks, Benue is experiencing violence, and Boko Haram is seizing territory.
