The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the arrest of popular dancer, Lil Smart, following a petition filed by singer Naira Marley.
Lil Smart was accused of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, and spreading falsehoods against Naira Marley. According to police spokesperson Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Lil Smart admitted to his crimes and confessed that his allegations were false .
Lil Smart’s arrest comes nearly two weeks after his sudden disappearance, which sparked concerns among his fans. Nollywood filmmaker Stanley Ontop had earlier called out Naira Marley for allegedly arresting Lil Smart without a trace.
The dancer had previously accused Naira Marley and Zinoleesky of threatening his life, and had submitted a petition against them to the police.
However, with his recent admission of guilt, it appears that Lil Smart’s allegations were baseless .
