Popular Nigerian skitmaker and singer Carter Efe recently launched the Oyimo challenge, which has gained significant attention online. Oyimo is a hit song by Portable ex-signee, Young Duu, and has become a trending topic of debate.
Since its release on November 8th, 2023, Oyimo has captivated music enthusiasts and garnered high replay values, making it one of the most streamed songs on the Apple Music chart.
To promote the song, Carter Efe announced on his verified Instagram page that he will be giving away $1000 (approximately N1M in Nigerian currency) to the top three participants of the #Oyimochallenge.
Carter Efe explained that the challenge aims to explore how people express their spirituality when thanking God, as he considers Oyimo to be a Christian song. He used himself as an example in a promotional video, stating that he wants participants to roll like a roll-on, and the best three rollers will receive the $1000 prize.
He encouraged participants to tag him and Young Duu in their challenge videos.
