As Nigeria celebrates its 64th Independence Day, the Allied Conservative Congress (ACC) has urged the nation to embark on serious self-searching and soul-reflection. Despite facing numerous challenges, including economic stagnation, insecurity, and socio-religious disharmony, the party believes that Nigeria’s unity is a testament to God’s mercy.
The ACC national chairman, Rev. Olusegun Peters, emphasized the need for Nigerians to remain prayerful, tolerant, and patriotic. He noted that the country’s enormous challenges also present opportunities for growth and development, particularly if citizens collectively work towards building a prosperous democratic nation with conservative ideology.
The ACC has also declared its commitment to championing good governance and genuine democracy, citing conservative ideology as the solution to Nigeria’s perennial economic, political, and security challenges.
