The Obidient Movement has pledged to ensure that competent leaders emerge in Nigeria’s 2027 general elections, with a focus on leaders who share the values of former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.
According to Tanko Yunusa, the National Coordinator of the Movement, the group is committed to developing and promoting value-based leaders .
The movement’s commitment was reaffirmed during its first Advisory and Directorate Committees meeting, where key stakeholders gathered to discuss the path forward.
The meeting emphasized the importance of organization, coordination, and active participation in driving the movement’s mission and vision.
With renewed energy, the Obidient Movement plans to strengthen its structures, expand its reach, and empower every supporter to play their part.
