PDP criticizes Nigerian Government for its anti-people policies

Published on

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has demanded an immediate review of the Federal Government’s policies that are negatively impacting the lives of Nigerians.

During the citizen-led hunger protests taking place across major cities in Nigeria, the PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, expressed the need for the government to address the hardships caused by its poorly-implemented policies.

The party also highlighted its previous advice on the state of the economy and urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to listen to the concerns of Nigerians.

The PDP criticized the APC-led government for its alleged insensitivity and recruitment of hoodlums to incite violence, rather than addressing the major issues affecting the population.

The party called for President Tinubu to personally address the nation, initiate policy reviews, and investigate the alleged mismanagement of subsidy and palliative funds.
