Former Anambra State PDP Chairman, Ndubuisi Nwobu, has accused certain party leaders of undermining the party’s progress over the past 28 years.

During a stakeholders’ meeting to welcome newly elected State Chairman, Chidi Chidebe, Nwobu declared, “Anambra loves the PDP, but our so-called leaders have been taking money from our rivals and working against our interests.”

He emphasized the party’s commitment to restore its prominence in Anambra State, urging unity among members.

“If you believe in the PDP, believe wholeheartedly. We are now united, focused, and determined to elevate the party,” he asserted.

Nwobu urged the new leaders to meet the high expectations of the party’s supporters, stressing the need for the PDP to emerge victorious once more.

Chidi Chidebe announced the formation of seven committees aimed at engaging stakeholders and addressing grievances over the upcoming four months.

He reassured attendees that these committees would serve to understand challenges rather than target anyone and expressed his commitment to revitalizing the PDP in the state.
