Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, aka Portable, expressed disappointment and frustration during a recent Instagram live session.
He claimed that despite his support for President Bola Tinubu, he did not receive any financial compensation, feeling exploited and taken advantage of.
Portable stated that confronting the government would be futile, as they have nothing to lose in the situation.
He said:
“I supported Tinubu but I didn’t get any money. I was used but I am calm. You’re k!lling yourselves in the name of fighting the government. The government has nothing to lose.”
