The Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Limited, Architect Chibuikem Onyekachi, has bagged another award in real estate for his excellent and exceptional service delivery in the real estate sector.
The young entrepreneur was given this award on Saturday by Progressive Frontiers, during a public lecture on institutional reform and the book presentation of Beyond Boundaries: Rethinking Nigeria’s Future.
Presenting the award to the young entrepreneur, who was represented by an Executive Assistant in the Company , Mr. Mathew Nwiru, the chairman of the occasion and a former state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu State, Dr. Ben Nwoye, commended Arc. Chibuikem for standing out in the manner in which he has revolutionized the real estate sector through his attention to detail, client-centered approach, and innovative housing solutions. Comrade Johnpaul Anih, the convener of the event and author of the book Beyond Boundaries: Rethinking Nigeria’s Future, used the opportunity to emphasize the importance of institutional reforms in the country.
He noted that Nigeria is at a critical juncture, where decisive and visionary leadership is needed to bring about meaningful change.
“Our institutions are in dire need of reform, and this book is a call to action for every stakeholder to rethink how we can reshape Nigeria’s future,” he stated.
Comrade Anih further elaborated on the book’s key themes, pointing out that without unity and concerted efforts from all sectors of society, the country risks further decline.
