A lawsuit filed on Tuesday at the federal district court in Manhattan names Crystal McKinney, a former model, as the sixth person to accuse Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault.
McKinney detailed an incident from 2003 where she alleges that after meeting Combs at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York, she was invited to a gathering at a New York City location with the rapper and a group of men.
McKinney stated that she was offered a joint that she later suspected was laced with a drug.
Despite expressing that she had consumed enough, McKinney claimed that Combs exerted pressure on her to continue drinking and smoking, ultimately leading her to be coerced into a bathroom encounter where she accused Combs of forcing himself on her, engaging in sexual acts against her will.
