UK-based Ugandan model, Eva Apio, has addressed and dismissed ongoing rumours suggesting she is romantically involved with Nigerian singer, Asake.
Speculation had intensified after the pair were frequently spotted together at public events. However, Apio took to her X (formerly Twitter) account on Sunday to deny any romantic ties with the Afrobeats star.
Reacting to a post that featured a viral photo of them and referred to her as Asake’s girlfriend, Apio wrote, “I was never his girlfriend.”
