Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has provided reasons for the exhumation and subsequent reburial of his mother’s remains.
The singer, known for the hit song ‘Zazu,’ recently undertook this action.
In a widely circulated video on the X platform, Portable articulated that the reason behind this act was the sale of the land where his late mother was initially laid to rest.
He said,
“I lost my mother at the age of 13. I exhumed her body and reburied her because they sold the land where she was initially buried.”
