Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, made a surprising revelation during an Instagram Live session on Thursday.
He claimed that he was encouraged to engage in a fight with fellow artist Davido but chose not to, citing Davido’s past support as the reason.
Portable expressed his loyalty to those who have helped him, stating that he cannot be persuaded to fight someone who has previously assisted him.
This statement came after Davido offered to take him out, likely for a friendly outing or collaboration. Portable, currently in the United States, emphasized his appreciation for Davido’s past help and his commitment to loyalty.
He said,
“Don’t fight your helper. They pushed me to fight with Davido but I didn’t listen to them because I’m loyal to my helper. Once I see Davido I’m blessed.”
