Nyesom Wike, the former governor of Rivers State and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has made some shocking revelations about his relationship with his predecessor, Peter Odili.
Speaking at a Special Thanksgiving Service in Port Harcourt, Wike claimed that he built a mansion for Odili, who is now an estranged political associate, and that Odili had his pictures displayed in every room of the house, including the toilet.
Wike’s comments were in response to Odili’s allegations that he intended to convert the state into his personal property.
Wike also criticized Odili for praising the current governor, Siminalayi Fubara, saying that Odili’s comments were unbecoming of an elder statesman.
The feud between Wike and Odili has been ongoing, with both men making public jabs at each other.
