The ongoing social media spat between the controversial artist, Portable, and his contemporary, Davido, has escalated to a new level. Portable once again criticized Davido after the latter decided to unfollow him on Instagram.
Portable claimed that Davido, who has a deal with Sony Music, discouraged him from signing with the label and instead suggested he join Empire.
In response to being unfollowed by Davido, Portable made it clear that he doesn’t require Davido’s followership or support to achieve success in his music career or to secure a Grammy.
He said:
“They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
