The Leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) Intellectuals Forum, Enugu State, has congratulated the APC Deputy National Chairman (South), Chief Emma Eneukwu on his confirment of the officer of the federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR)
Hon Eneukwu was amongst the 339 persons who were given various National honours on Sunday at Abuja by the federal Government of Nigeria.
The awards as announced by the Ministry of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, also had some notable personalities across all fields such as Famous singer Davido, Filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen amongst others.
This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Enugu on Monday jointly signed by its Coordinator, Chief Ezeugwu Nicholas; the Secretary, Dr Udeh Chidubem and Publicity Secretary, Prof. Nnamani Ugochukwu, the group described Chief Eneukwu as the shining light of the east.
They stated that his leadership style as well as willingness to harness the potentials of young persons, has put him on the map, as a leader with a golden heart.
They posited that, the recognition is a sign that his accomplishments and inputs for the growth of the country is noticed and thus, appreciated by our leaders.
According to the statement “We congratulate our own son and leader, Hon Emmanuel Ikechukwu Joseph Eneukwu on his confirment as an officer of the federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR)”
“Being selected out of over 200 million Nigerians all over the world is an indication of his sterling performance as a leader as well as disposition to accommodate everybody and also harness the potentials of the youths.”

They also thanked president Muhammadu Buhari, for finding their son and leader worthy of such recognition and prayed for successful transition of power.
